Dariusz Filak is dead. « His life was a model for everyone »
Information about the death of Dariusz Filak was confirmed by his wife in social media. « My beloved husband is dead, » she wrote.
Dariusz informed about the serious state of health. « I will not hide that my life is coming to the end. For now I have very sharp pneumonia. I take medicine, but as long as they do not work as much as they should. I do not know what will happen next » – such an entry added on his blog on May 22.
Funeral of Dariusz Filak
Dariusz Filak died on Friday, June 6. His funeral will take place on Tuesday, June 10. At 9:30 the mass will start in the parish of St. Alberta, Kleszczówka ul. Jodłowa 12 in Żory.
« Darek will be buried at the old cemetery in Nowa Street in the Filak family grave, » the wife of the deceased informed.
Dariusz Filak is dead
Dariusz Filak was a well -known and respected resident of Żory, who, despite his disability, led active social and cultural life from birth. He was a graduate of the First High School Karol Miarka in Żory and the Higher Study of Religious Culture at the Catholic University of Lublin – informs the portal tuzory.pl.
Filak was an active journalist and blogger. He ran a blog on which he published columns and thoughts, which were later collected in the book « Dziennik Written by Nose ». He was also involved in the cultural life of the city, cooperating with the Municipal Cultural Center in Żory.
In his private life he was the husband of Sylwia Paradowska. Their marriage was an inspiration for the book « Fathered. How to love and be loved? From Przemyśl unusual spouses », written by Sylwia.
Dariusz Filak was also an active social worker, acting as deputy chairman of the board of the Kleszczówka district in Żory and engaging in various social initiatives.
He died on Friday, June 6, leaving the memory as a man full of passion, commitment and inspiration for others.
Local mourning community
The death of Dariusz Filak moved the local community. « Darek was an inspiration for everyone how to keep joy, humor and serenity despite fate, » this is what one of the inhabitants of Żory recalls.
