  • Regularly plays and walks to preserve his vitality
  • He concerted as a celebration at Ta Híria Theater

One will never know how long it is, but I trust that I can continue to play music and work for a while. After all, I am the same as ten, twenty, thirty years ago. To this day, I am able to excite a project and get the same enthusiasm as I used to be, at most the pace that has changed a bit – Daniel Gryllus, who is well -known in the legendary Kalaka band, is a great play in the legendary Kaláka band, who is naturally making his vitality, of course.

I try to walk around my apartment for at least 20-30 minutes every day, and I also use a room bike. In fact, I have been going to physiotherapy for five years, which I started at the time because there was a ribbon break on my shoulder and I needed rehabilitation after surgery. Of course, my shoulder has been fixed over time, but there is always something to renovate on me, where my waist and my knees hurt, so it is very good for me to have a regular physiotherapy The composer smiled.

– I can only recommend everyone! And I owe my spiritual freshness to singing great poets of poets, which constantly nourishes my mind and soul.

He also performed on his birthday

Not surprisingly, Daniel Gryllus celebrated his 75th birthday.

At the Thalia Theater, we performed our song series based on Sándor Weöres Towards Completeness, and I chose the date of the concert directly so that it was on my birthday, so it was a quasi -celebration for me. Of course, we also had a small meeting with the family. Now I am officially the president, as my mother died last October. There is obviously a kind of sadness, but since it was more than a hundred years old, we expected it to happen and keep it only beautiful memories of it Said the musician, who was happy to report his plans for the near future.

From the 1970s, we have been playing hundreds of Hungarian folk tales with the Kaláka band, and now this series continues: we are still in music writing, we have already recorded three cartoon music, and in May we will record three more. In addition, I have a very exciting invitation: I will soon visit Boston with my poet Jani Lackfi, as there is a Hungarian school, Boskola, which we wrote about years ago. We have just asked us to perform the song in person.
