Dangerous bridge on DN 10. God forbid a tragedy!

The bridge on DN 10, from Nehoiu, which facilitates the connection between Buzău and Brasov counties will be demolished, taking into account its state of degradation. Authorities announce that another new bridge will be built in the area.

As a result of the degradation appeared on the left sidewalk of the bridge on DN 10, in the area of ​​Nehoiu, and of the technical expertise that has included the infrastructure objective in the technical class IV, a commission made up of representatives of the Regional Roads and Bridges (DRDP) Buzau traveled on Monday for a tech for a deep technical inspection.

According to the DRDP, the field checks were aimed at an assessment of the structural status of the bridge and the establishment of rehabilitation solutions, taking into account the traffic, speed and tonnage restrictions on the road that facilitates the connection between Buzău and Brasov counties.

« Following the inspection, the construction of a bypassing variant over the Nehoiu river was imposed on the existing bridge, resulting in the closure of the old bridge, on DN 10, km. Drdp Buzău.

The local administration considers that the decommissioning of the pond is necessary to prevent a tragedy.
