Danes should not expect it
High temperatures
A high pressure lays over Scandinavia and the UK in week 20 and ensures predominantly quiet spring weather with sun and light wind.
However, there are signs that small low pressure from the south can sneak up in the middle of the week and again for the weekend with some showers and more cloud cover.
Day temperatures typically come up between 13 and 20 degrees, while the nights stay between 5 and 12 degrees.
In week 21, the high pressure loses a little grip, and it opens more low pressure, either from the southwest or north.
It may cause a little rain for short periods, but overall the week draws the week to get both sunny and slightly warmer and drier than usual for the season.
Temperatures usually move between 15 and 22 degrees a day.
Is not going to happen
Week 22 offers disagreement in the forecasts.
The European models are leaning against unstable weather with front systems and showers, while the American models hold on to dry and sunny trends.
Common to them is that the summer heat is waiting – the days offer 15 to 22 degrees, and the nights stay mild.
In the first half of June, it does not appear that Denmark is hit by the classic summer cloud breaks.
Rather, the weather is characterized by normal temperatures, alternating cloud cover and only occasional rain. It draws to a quiet and subdued introduction to the summer.
