« Dac’s flag », one more folder after she had tugged with a gendarmerie
Cezar Cătălin Avămuță, known as the ‘Dacian flag’, was chosen with another criminal case, after assaulting a gendarmerie near the headquarters of the Capital arrest.

Considering the fact that, on 24.03.2025, the man concerned climbed a tree located in the courtyard of the central arrest, were set up public order measures to prevent another similar action that could have affected the good activity of the institution, ‘announces the Gendarmerie of the Capital.
Avămuță became recalcitrant and assaulted one of the gendarmes present.
‘When the man in question tried to approach the fence and access area of the institution, he restricted the move, at which point he became recalcitrant, pushing with his arms, in the chest area, a gendarmerie located in the public order device. As a result of this aggressive action, the man was drawn up the notification of the criminal prosecution bodies, in the aspect of committing the offense of outrage, in accordance with the provisions of art. 257 of the Criminal Code of Romania ‘, says the gendarmerie.
It is the second file opened on behalf of Avramuță. For the episode of March 24, when he climbed the tree, he is investigated for disturbing public order and peace and violation of professional headquarters.
Also, Avămuță will be subjected to a psychiatric expertise, to determine if it has discernment.
The 58 -year -old, the ‘Dac’s flag’ is a fervent supporter of Călin Georgescu, participating in the protests and rallies organized on behalf of the former candidate in the presidential elections.
