Casa is a originally Belgian chain, which ended up with the well -known Dutch entrepreneurial family Blokker in 1988. In April 2021, it sold the chain to the Amsterdam Investment Group Globitas. Today it is still 51 percent owner. The rest is in the hands of the Dutch entrepreneur Frank Pruijn.
