Culture of cannabis in the house, DIICOT entered the wire
A 40 -year -old man from Copăceni commune was detained for risk drug trafficking, after he discovered that he had a cannabis culture at home, following a search by police on Thursday under the coordination of the Directorate for Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).
According to representatives of the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Vâlcea, the culture would have been established at the end of last year and counted over 40 plants, some of almost a meter and a half high, which the man intended to market.
« The evidence administered revealed that, during December 2024, the person concerned would have initiated and developed, in his home, from Copăceni commune, Vâlcea county, a cannabis culture, intended for marketing. pots) in different stages of development, having the dimensions at the stem between 60 – 140 cm, various components of a culture maintenance installation, fertilizers, a grinder, as well as other means of proof ”, said the representatives of the Vâlcea Police.
In this case, the DIICOT prosecutors ordered the man’s detention, and he was to be presented to the judge of rights and freedoms within the Vâlcea Court with a proposal for a preventive arrest for 30 days.
