CSM Oradea became the champion of Romania after defeating CSA Steaua București with a score of 12-9, on Friday evening, in the Steaua basin, in the last match of the final of the National Men
CSM Oradea was imposed on the breaks and ended a series of eight consecutive titles won by Steaua. For Oradea, trained by Petar Kovacevic and Ciprian Cîmpianu, this was the tenth champions.
CSM Oradea won the first match of the final, right in Ghencea, with 13-12, after the 5-meter throws, then the Steaua won 11-9 at home and 13-12 in Oradea, but the SCM equalized after 15-13 in the last match in Oradea.
