Criminal charges against three police officers from the Kocani Police Station for the fire at the Pulse disco
The Department of Internal Control, Criminal Investigations and Professional Standards at the Ministry of Interior, to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for the Prosecution of Organized Crime and Corruption – a specialized department for the prosecution of crimes committed by people with police powers and members of the prison police, filed criminal charges against KB. and AT on grounds of suspicion of committing a crime of « abuse of power and authority » under Article 353 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, the Ministry of Interior informs.

They added that the third suspect, AT, at the time of committing the crime of the Kocani Police Station, on two occasions on 01.02.2024 and 07.02.2024, he approved and signed a request for initiation of a misdemeanor procedure DOOEL Kocani and responsible person DJ and submitted them to the Basic Court Kocani – Department of Misdemeanors, previously found by the first suspect on 07.10.2023 and the second suspect on 25.11.2023, although he knew that on 15.02.2023 in the Central Registry the legal entity was registered as a company for production, trade, services and catering « Pulse » with responsible person MS.
