Crimea will remain for Russia / day
Trump added that the annexation of Crimea was held during US President Barack Obama. « Obama was the one who gave the Crimea. It wasn’t Trump who gave it back. The journalist also asked Trump to comment on his own promise to end the war in Ukraine in the first 24 hours after returning to the White House. Trump replied that he had exaggerated a bit to emphasize the idea that he was able to end the war.
When asked if peace is possible while in Russia there is Vladimir Putin, Trump answered in the affirmative.

The Time journalist also asked the president whether he thought peace was president as Zelensky. Trump also answered this question in the affirmative. « Yes, I think so. He’s now the president, and I think we will reach an agreement, » Trump said.
Asked if Ukraine should give up hopes of NATO, the US president replied what Ukraine’s accession was not realistic. « I don’t think they could ever join NATO. I think it was (..) The reason why they started to talk about joining NATO. If it weren’t for that, it would be much more likely that it wouldn’t have begun, » Trump says.
