The process of aging the text of the memorandum of peace and interruption of fire will be intricate for Moscow and for Kiev and cannot be a fixed deadline, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov early on Tuesday and quoted by Russian newspaper agencies.
« There are no deadlines, nor can it be. It is clear that everyone wants to do this as quickly as possible, but of course, the devil is in detail, » Peskov told reporters, quoting him by the Ria news agency.
« The drafts will also be assembled by the Russian and Ukrainian side, these designs of documents will be exchanged, followed by (following) complex contacts to develop a unique text, » said Kremlin spokesman.
