Crazy gesture to a church on the Great Thursday
A fire affected the annex of a church in the town of Mărinești, from Satu Mare. The firefighters, who managed to extinguish the flames, think the fire would have been intentional. The police were notified.

Thursday, 17.04.ac, around 16.15, the Emergency Inspectorate of Someș of Satu Mare County was alerted to intervene to liquidate a fire that broke out in the annex of a place of worship in Mărinești.
For the operative management of the emergency situation, two special vehicles for water and foam were mobilized, a SMURD crew with 12 military personnel from the Satu Mare Fire Detachment.
At the arrival of the professional crews at the place of the event, the fire was manifested with an open flame on the roof on an area of about 50m², with the possibility of propagation on the entire construction.
The firefighters intervened both for the location, limitation and liquidation of the fire and for the evacuation of worship objects, church clothes and religious books, which were stored inside the building.
Fortunately, the fire was liquidated within the limits found and there were no injured persons.
The probable cause of this fire was established as the intentional use of the ignition source, which is why the event remained in the attention of the competent authorities for research.
