Court orders that the son of former judge Fonseca and Castro returns to Brazil with his mother

The Court of Family and Minors of Viana do Castelo dictated, on Wednesday, the return of the son of former judge Fonseca and Castro to Brazil.

The minor was currently living with his father in Ponte de Lima.

The judge also imposes Fonseca and Castro “the payment of all necessary travel expenses of the mother, made by her or her name and the child to return to Brazil”, as stated in the sentence to which Lusa agency had access.

Fonseca and Castro was married to Erika Hecksher until 2017 and the ratio resulted in three children, a 23 -year -old girl, and two boys, a ten -year -old 19.

The boys came to Portugal with their mother late last December and should have returned everyone to Brazil on January 21, but after their children had a vacation with their father only the oldest appeared at the airport.

Since then the 10 -year -old boy has lived with his father, having been enrolled in a school in Ponte de Lima.

The mother has since tried that her son was delivered to her so they can return to Brazil.

Contacted by Lusa Agency, Erika Hecksher said she was contacted by Social Security, to be present at 10:00 on Thursday, at the Viana do Castelo District Center to be handed her son.
