« When a projection for the whole of Karlovac is made in that election, between a thousand and two thousand votes were inserted. The mayor in the City Council could not have a majority if there were no inserted votes, » Toskoskot said.

He accused the president of the Basic Branch of the HDZ in the place and Mayor Mandic because he did not punish him, concluding that it was obvious that « such behavior was welcome. »
