Contemporary Dance Show All of this Live Me Children will reveal Mobing Experience / Day

Latvia is steadily ranked by the world’s charts – every third student in Latvia has encountered mobbing, ridicule and violence. Baby contemporary dance show It all lives in us Looking at this topic, trying to show the prospects of both parties involved and offering the statement that each of us, under the influence of different circumstances, could have been both a victim and an abuser, but it is in our power to decide how to deal with it. The story of the transformation of the conflict and the distinction between people in true understanding and unity, looking for answers to questions – how to accept each other, how to defend the weakest, how to learn from your mistakes and ask for forgiveness?

The director of the show Emil Alps, who has his first experience in the stage directed, emphasizes the challenges and benefits of portraying the chosen topic: “Rarely is the ability to perform through children’s stage performance – directly and directly – to talk about essential and sensitive topics such as mobbing, acceptance and empathy. Mobing is also one of the strongest memories of my personal school experience.

The pupils themselves « speak » in the show about this experience – students from the Adazi Regional Arts School dance department are climbing on stage between the ages of 10 and 15, who reveal their experience in the movement language created by choreographer Karina Laphina. The production is complemented by the accompaniment of live original music by Thomas Anch (cello), Marta Balode (piano) and Ernest Ervin Dovgans (drums).
