« Connect Athens Festival » in Fokionos Negri: a festival that unites generations

The heart of Athens again strikes the pace of the intergenerational connection, with an open festival that fills the Fokionos Negri pedestrian street with music, play, creation and emotions.

The festival is the culmination of an innovative intergenerational program, implemented throughout May in the Friendship Clubs of the Municipality of Athens, with the aim of bringing close people of all ages through the joy of play, art, music and technology.

Young and old will have the opportunity to participate in a multitude of interactive actions

From traditional and intercultural dances, painting and music, to experiential workshops, intergeneration of quiz street, live, theatrical events and games that awaken memories and emotions.

A special place in the program have actions that combine the memories of the past with artificial intelligence, giving voice to yesterday’s stories with tomorrow’s tools.

Have you ever thought of your grandmother using the Chat GPT or writing and singing her own songs? It’s time to live.
