The coach of the Dinamo football team, Zeljko Kopic, said on Monday night after the 3-1 defeat suffered in the FCSB derby, that it is painful that his band failed to win even a point in front of the rival group.

‘Congratulations to FCSB for today’s victory. They showed this season that they are better than us. It is painful that we have not been able to win even a point this season with FCSB. It is difficult, but we have to accept the difference in value. FCSB has built its team for years, has had good developments in European cups, and is now in a good form in the first place in the standings, « said the technician in a press conference.

‘The match this evening had two different halves. In the first part I had many problems, especially in the middle of the field, I did not have a good reaction, and FCSB managed to take advantage of all its opportunities. In the second half my team showed character and mentality, because it is extremely difficult to return from the cabins when you are driven by 3-0. But I came back well in the game, we had big opportunities through pop, Selmani and we managed to mark, « he added.

Kopic mentioned that it cannot be very upset by his players, taking into account the course of this season.

‘Now we have to analyze with the clear head everything we have not done well, but also what we did well. It can be in the subconscious of the players and the fact that we have achieved our goal by reaching the play-off, but we try to motivate the players every time, to give everything to every match. But I cannot be very upset or disappointed by the players because they fought for the club today. No one saw us at the beginning of the season in the play-off, so we have to give some credit to these players, « said Croatian coach.
