Community must not call demonstrators terrorists

The Munich Administrative Court has it to the community Reichling Forbidden to describe demonstrators against planned gas bores in the community as « these terrorists ». In its decision of June 6, the court threatens an order allowance of 10,000 euros if this instruction is not observed. Among other things, the following sentence had stood in a communication sheet of the municipality: « At the end of the cooperation discussion, I could not miss the opportunity to make up the little cooperative approach and to note that we, as a community, also get the arrival of these ‘terrorists’ in the form of the AST (call collection taxi). » The text was signed with “Your 1st Mayor”. Johannes Hintersberger is currently wearing this office in Reichling. The municipality initially did not comment on the DPA request.

On May 3, there was a meeting of several hundred people in Reichling who demonstrated against the gas drilling. In advance, there had been disagreements for the implementation and organization of the demonstration in the small town. In the course of this there were the controversial statements.
