On Saturday, a flaging coastal devastation was recorded in the Brzet area near Omiš. Specifically, the truck shook the land into the sea in an unlawful way. This is not the first such case of a coast and submarine devastation in the area, writes Mor.hr.
Article 197 of the Law on Maritime Good and Sea Ports is punishable by the amount of 6000 to 130,000 euros.
Article 204. He says: a fine of 1300 to 6000 euros will be fined for the maritime offense of the executive body of the local self -government unit unless he maintains and does not improve the maritime good in general use, if he does not care to protect and ensure the general use of the maritime domain, if he does not carry out monitoring of maritime good in general use, It protects the right to the general use of the maritime domain and does not take all the actions to prevent illegal treatment, self -dominated occupation, devastation of the maritime domain and illegal embankment, if the local self -government unit does not have at least one naval security guard.
And if the offense was committed from the self -interest, or if the commitment of the executive body of the local self -government unit achieved property benefits, it will punish the fines to a double amount of the fine prescribed by this article.
If the local self -government unit does not act in accordance with Article 216, paragraph 1 of this Act, he will be fined in the amount of 2000 to 6000 euros and a responsible person in a legal entity.
Article 216 says: The local self -government units are obliged to report to the competent port captaincy and the competent inspection of the building, which, according to the provisions of this Act, immediately must be removed from the premises, and the purpose of taking further necessary actions from their jurisdiction.
