CNA, public summons for Romania TV and Canal 33

The National Audiovisual Council sanctioned on Wednesday with public summons, Romania TV and Canal 33 stations and issued a series of decisions to act against illegal content for audiovisual materials identified on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

According to a statement of the CNA, transmitted on Wednesday AGERPRES, met in public meeting, the Council analyzed the monitoring reports prepared by the Control Directorate and the Monitoring Directorate as a result of the self -assessment and the notifications received and decided to apply the following sanctions:

* public order for Romania TV for non -observance of the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) of the CNA decision no. 86 of February 25, 2025 regarding the rules of conducting in the audiovisual campaign for the election of the President of Romania in 2025, in news and debates broadcast between 11 and 22 April (‘Broadcastors are obliged to ensure, in the issues provided in this decision, the reflection of the Electoral Campaign: Candidates must have the opportunity to become acquainted with the electorate; b) balance in presenting the campaign activities of the candidates; c) impartiality – treating all the candidates objectively and equidistically ‘);

* Public order of the Canal Post 33 for the show ‘Dan Diaconescu directly’ from April 26. The edition had the mention ‘electoral debate’, discussed the existence of an alleged network of hidden influence in the institutions of the Romanian state and names and functions from key institutions were evoked, without respecting the provisions of art. 40 para. (1) of the Code of regulation of the audiovisual content.

In the same meeting, the Council decided to issue decisions regarding the order to act against the illegal content for audiovisual materials identified on:

* Nephilim Angel – a material about Auschwitz, which violates the provisions of art. 47 paragraph (2) of the Audiovisual Code;

* Pamela Sterian – Video material distributed from the user’s tiktok account @lucian6light, about the warning of a ‘former CIA agent for 2030 – Part 2’ on ‘reducing the world population from 6 billion, to 800 million by 2030’; (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the audiovisual law);

* Axiomatic Design-video most likely created with artificial intelligence, which presents a so-called news stations aimed at promoting the ‘Plarko Color Flow application, a game in which any iPhone user can win 1,000,000 euros, with a probability of 95%’ (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the audiovisual law);

* Mihaela Ela – taking over from Tiktok of a material with the text: General Burkhard (chief of the French General Staff) ‘Our troops are in Romania (…)’ (violates art. 3 paragraph (2) of the audiovisual law);

* Romanians from Madrid (official), a group on which a video was identified containing an interview with Radu Nicolae Coltor-‘Transavia-Children ??’ – posted on the voice of the people (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Bogdan Iagaru – a material that asserts about the Jews: ‘These citizens are an unwanted population of Romanians who have fraudulently entered Romania’ (violate the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law and those of art. 47 paragraph (2) of the code);

* Petrică-Florin Scarlat The material ‘CCR, Romanian Police… .What do you?’ (violates the provisions of art. 40 paragraph (1) letter a) of the law);

* Sorin Today (Sorin Constantinescu Invest, Baccane), Brugas Romania – videos created with artificial intelligence, which promote false investments (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Vasile Mironeasa-video clip created with artificial intelligence in which the so-called statements of President Donald Trump appear (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Dana Daniela – the material with the titration ‘Telephone dialogue disturbing between a Jewish rabbi and a Catholic priest’ (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Graceful EMN8 – material generated with artificial intelligence, having as subject a drug for healing blood pressure (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Tania Mândra Knecht – a material (reposted on the Facebook page of user Daniela Dragomirescu) that addresses the theory of conspiracy that visible governments are controlled by a secret government made up of extremely rich families, such as Rothschild and Rockefellers, which manipulate global shadow events. Text displayed: ‘The Jewish rabbi says things by name only in 2 minutes’ (violates the provisions of art. 47 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Ecaterina Lia Miscu – material with the titration of Bolojan with the superimposed text ‘PNL offender in Germany with criminal record’ (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Costy Costy, Mihai Calugaru – materials made with the artificial intelligence in which the impression is created that President Trump makes various statements (violates the provisions of art. 3 paragraph (2) of the law);

* Buflea Răzvan – two materials about the Jews, who violate the provisions of art. 47 para. (2) of the code and a material about ‘mobilizing 1.5 million soldiers to end with the European Union’, which violates the provisions of art. 3 para. (2) of the law;

* Iluc Livia-Reel with the title: ‘Bolojan, the demolition of the statue of Mihai Viteazul!’, ‘Liberals are the enemies of the nation!’, ‘The symbol of the nation, look at good people, as they played with him!’

*** A series of materials on the YouTube platforms (Balkan anti -ommunist channels, Ionescu, Archivum M., Darius, Apologetum) and Tiktok (accounts Coleen.banciloy02, Legionaries30, Legionary movement1, Legionary movement, movement, corneliu.zelea.co6, codeanu.capitan, Corneliu.zelea.co3, gardadefierr, outside_evrei_din_tara that promotes legionary ideology, symbols or personalities of the legionary movement, thus violating the provisions of art. 48 of the Audiovisual Code.
