« I have more than 20 people in the immediate circle who have left the reserve. From this initiative we have also received messages from women who are considering leaving. I think it’s a pity and I’m worried about it. »
Kuusisto says he has considered it himself in due course. He had already completed the application for a supplement, but decided otherwise.
« I was kissed by the fact that it would not be possible to combine motherhood and reservist. However, the child is so small that why we lost their expensive reservists with expensive tax money because they cannot get temporary liberation and certainty for maternity. »
Part Reserve women have also opposed the initiative.
« Some say that this takes women’s equality back and justifying that this is how we women make themselves difficult. And that is the reason why women can’t do in a tough men’s safety world, » Kuusisto says.
