Children’s Race ‘Healthy as a Lion’ arrives in Maksimir next weekend
The Nora Šitum Foundation is inviting small and big runners for the most fun race in the city this year – the « HEALTH AS OF THE LAV », which will be held for the fourth time on May 24, 2025 at Zagreb’s Maksimir Park.

This special race, intended for children of all ages (and their parents), brings together more than recreation – its goals are promoting healthy lifestyle habits in children and stimulating integration and socialization of children treated with malignant diseases, who are bravely joining the race every year.
The race is a recreational character, all participants are the winners and eventually get medals! The sports part is led by coach Vedran Lozanov and kinesiologist Lana Novota, and in addition to running, you will also have dynamic warming, cycling accompaniment and lots of positive energy.

For this year’s edition, we have prepared 500 starting packages that include a T -shirt, a backpack, a healthy snack and a surprise gift from our sponsors. The package at a price of 15 euros can be downloaded exclusively until 5:40 pm.
