“Opava criminalists have initiated criminal proceedings on suspicion of an offense of extortion. This is based on the video of another incident, ”said police spokesman Jan Segsulka.

The influence of schools on children outside is very limited

According to police preventist Tomáš Zbranek, bullying and aggression between children are a problem for the second level of elementary schools. « Children from 6 to 9. class can be more gentle and attacked, » he said.

The surroundings are also very important. “If a class or group of children did not accept it as a standard, it doesn't happen. Or at least not to such an extent. It's about climate in the group, class and the whole school. ”

Psychologist Ludmila Mrkvicová said that children's aggression is increasing and it is a social problem. “Grace, respect and respect have disappeared. People treat each other disrespectfully, aggressive, grossly, and children see it. ”

Those who watch the attacks do not report them for fear and for the admiration of the perpetrator or the desire to be recognized.

“Everyone has to start by themselves, in their family. Children learn mainly by imitation. We cannot expect someone to come up with a program that will save everything, ”she said.
