Chakarov no longer wants the court to exclude Peevski from the MRF
This was understood by a message from the Supreme Court of Cassation (HCC) that he had terminated the case for the changes in the party leadership, with which relatives to the honorary chairman Ahmed Dogan wanted to exclude as chairman Peevski.

The case reached the Supreme Court of Cassation (HCC) after the Sofia City Court refused to delete Peevski as co -chair of the MRF. From the faction, close to Ahmed Dogan, they asked the court that on the grounds that they had excluded it from the party. The order by which the case ends is not final and can be appealed within one week.
The battle between Dogan and Peevski
Nearly ten months have passed since the start of the battle for the MRF and the split between Ahmed Dogan and Delyan Peevski. During this period, the MRF was divided into two factions, which is also represented in parliament – MRF -DPS and « MRF – New Beginning ». At the end of 2024, Delyan Peevski held a National Movement Conference, which excluded Ahmed Dogan and his associates and self -proclaimed the sole party leader (however, this could only be done after the judgment and until May 27 the party continued to be represented simultaneously by Chakarov and Peevski). This led to the installation of the movement in practical international isolation, as ALDE, « renewed Europe » and the liberal network for Southeastern Europe, Libseen recommended the exclusion of the party because of Peevski.
