« Certificate of lightning. » I noticed some time ago on the Météo France site this mention well in view on the home page, at the bottom right of the screen. I heard about the collapse of public services, austerity policies: this small island of solicitude on the part of a state agency upset me. I understood myself. Since then, I use it regularly. As soon as I am faced with something that I cannot bear, I fill the certificate. Right now, I’m doing several a day. With the covid and the displacement certificates, I had already taken the fold. After all, lightning is a kind of displacement, immense and terrible transport of energy that falls on us and provokes in us a lot of movements, disturbances which it is necessary, if we are honest, to report to the police and its fellow citizens. The weather has a lot to do with our moods, our psyche, all these a priori banal discussions that cement the collective. But I did not think that a public institution would take this point seriously the recording of what, every day, shakes the interiority of its citizens. I imagine that recent studies undoubtedly demonstrate the links between our interior earthquakes and the health of the nation. Recently, some have shouted at Gabegie and demanded the closure of the service. But a company that takes care with this degree of severity of all its lightnings is a healthy company, with a safe compass.
