Case Diddy: The singer first described humiliating sexual parties

Fifty -five -year -old Sean « Diddy » Combs has been sitting since September 2024 in custody in Brooklyn, New York. In mid -May 2025, the long -awaited trial began with him.

Raper faces five main allegations: that he led an organized criminal group, two cases of sexual exploitation, and also from two cases of transport for prostitution purposes.

He is threatened with life imprisonment behind bars for the establishment of a criminal group, at least ten years for transport for prostitution and at least fifteen years for sexual exploitation.

The first week in court was mainly dedicated to sexual « marathon », which Diddy called Freak-Offs. They were carefully organized evenings, and sometimes all weekends full of drugs, male sex workers and liters of children’s oil.

She was grateful to him for this. When he first kissed her at a party, she did not expect it, scared, wept and left.

Later, however, she went to the hotel rooms, where they talked a lot about music and the future. In court she claimed that she slowly fell in love with Diddy. She described the court in detail how she left the room as soon as she had oral sex with Diddy.

Diddy then scolded her for not not to repeat the crazy oral sex. In her words, he then forced her to give him oral sex.

As explains reporter Mona Kosar Abdiwho follows the case from the courtroom, Cassie said that Diddy introduced her to the concept of oral sex and taught her how to perform it.

She had sex with him for the first time during the weekend at a yacht where he offered her ecstasy. According to Cassie, Diddy had several partners at the beginning of their relationship, although she originally thought their relationship was monogamous. According to her, she soon discovered that Diddy is a voyeur, a person who likes to look at other people in sex.

His girlfriend originally called. « Freak-offs » suggested as a sexual imagination that he would like to try with her. He liked watching Cassie while having sex with other men.

A decade with Diddy

According to the singer’s description, what initially started as a fulfillment of friend’s sexual imagination, into regular activities, into which it forced her every week for a decade.

In the other parts of the testimony of his wife, he was careful not to respond significantly. He supports his wife, through a lawyer, he issued a statement that he was not saved, but « Cassie has free herself from abuse, pressure, violence and threats ».

Admitted the amount of compensation and infidelity in relationships

Cassie also testified why she returned to traumatic events. It was in 2023, when she started to receive intense flashbacks and openly considered suicide – she told her husband, who asked if he could take care of their two children himself.

She has undergone treatment for excessive use of anxiety drugs, and has written a book that she also sent to him. He did not respond to it and therefore decided to bring a civil action for rape and domestic violence.

He responded to the action of Combs within 24 hours, there was an out -of -court settlement with compensation, which the media had not yet known details. Cassie, twenty million dollars – revealed for the first time now in court.

Although this case has been closed, it has started a new case that is already being dealt with at the criminal level. This is a federal lawsuit because crimes were to occur in several US states.

The jury also saw a video from the 2016 Los Angeles hotel, in which Diddy chases Cassie in the hallway, pulls her hair, puts it on the ground and kicks it into it. According to the video, Cassie tried to escape from the hotel, but unsuccessfully.

The first week of the hearing ended with the testimony of the pop singer Dawn Richard. On Friday before the jury, she said that she often saw a hip -hop tycoon hitting her then girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
