The operation codenamed « Interruption 3 » is finalized as a result of the rapid administration of information provided by police intelligence.

Following the successive operations for the crackdown on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force section, has finalized another operation to strike an attempt to sell narcotics.

As a result of the operation codenamed « Interruption 3 », citizens Enea Tahir, 37, and Besnik Shabani, 48, both residents of Tirana, were arrested in flagrance for the offense of « Production and Sale of Narcotics », committed in co -operation.

During the operation, based on information provided by police intelligence, police services stopped on the Mamurras-Kashar road axis in Thumana, a vehicle allegedly being transported narcotics.

During the search of the vehicle with a citizen and passenger, citizen B. Sh., Police services found 59 packages of suspected narcotics Cannabis Sativa, with a total of 60 kilograms and 6 grams, suspected of being transporting for the purpose of sale.
