Car drives on a crowd at Street Festival Vancouver, several dead
In the Canadian city of Vancouver, an unknown number of people died on Saturday after a car on a crowd was run into a street festival. The local police report this on X. Several people were also injured. The incident took place around 8 p.m. local time (5 p.m. Dutch time) at an event of the Filipino community of Vancouver.
The driver of the car has been arrested. According to Canadian media There are images that can be seen how emergency services hurry to the location of the incident. On those images, several people, possibly injured, lie on the ground.
