Capa’s first board set up in body

In the election of the first Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Association of Professional Corporate Affairs (Capa « , the founding members of CAPA on April 4, 2025, was carried out.

Subsequently, on April 10, 2025, the first meeting of the Board of Directors was held, in which it was formally established. The composition of the CAPA Board of Directors, which has a three -year term, is as follows:

Based on the results of the regular General Meeting, the Audit Committee consists of the following members for the period 2025-2027:
