Canadian police do not treat the incident in Vancouver as a terrorist act
In the Canadian city of Vancouver, on Saturday night at 8pm, local time at the Lap Lap Lap Filipine Festival, drove the car to the crowd, local police said. Several people are dead and wounded, the number is not yet known, reported BBC. Police said they were arrested by a 30-year-old driver who is supposed to work alone and is in custody. The 30-year-old is an old acquaintance of police and has mental problems, they said.
At first, the police did not state the number of casualties, saying they had not yet informed all the families affected. They later reported that nine people had died, according to foreign news agencies.

The Canadian Prime Minister also responded Mark Carstewho said he was « destroyed » at the news of the deadly incident.
