The tragedy on Saturday evening, April 26, in Vancouver. The driver rammed a crowd of people celebrating a street festival. The services do not provide accurate information about the number of victims. It is known that there could be several of them.

A moment after 20 (around 5 am on Sunday Polish time) near Fraser Street and East 41st Avenue streets there were terrible scenes. Lapu Lapu Day lasted there, the birthday of the Philippine chief was celebrated, who defeated the soldiers of Ferdinand Magellan, when the SUV driver entered the crowd of playing people.

Recordings from the scene of the incident appeared on the web. You can see people lying on Earth and around them. The narrow street was strewn with bodies. Due to the drasticity of the scenes, we do not post these recordings.

The exact number of wounded and victims is unknown. Unofficially it is said that 5 to 10 people could die. There are still services on the spot that they examine whether it was an accident or intentional action.

The Canadian police said that the perpetrator was detained.
