The Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (CCP) gave a draft action plan for public hearing, which is supposed to enable the realization in March this year accepted resolution on corruption prevention. The document defines 89 measures to improve the situation in the field of corruption prevention by 2030. The draft action plan, which has been involved in the preparation of more than 120 stakeholders, will be in public hearing for a week, and then the panel of the commission is expected to be adopted by the end of this month.

Measures for less corruption

Deputy Chairman of the Commission Tina Divjak presented some key action plan measures. Among other things, they include the education of young and civil servants, the greater transparency of the appointment of candidates and their competencies in appointment to the bodies of the management bodies of municipalities and the state, more attention in pre -orders in public procurement, the adoption of the law for large infrastructure projects, greater transparency in the management of real property, and measures to enforce new practice in providing internal controls of the individual organization.
