California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that US President Donald Trump will initiate a legal process against the tariffs of customs for the countries including China, Canada and Mexico.

Governor Newsom’s office made a statement on the legal process to be initiated at the North California Regional Court of Trump’s customs tariffs.

The statement said that the use of the International Law of International Emergency Economic Forces (IEPA), which gives the president the authority to freeze and block financial transactions against external threats while implementing these tariffs, is contrary to the laws and therefore will be initiated legal process.
