Yesterday, March 27, 2025, around 21:00, the duty officer of the Bydgoszcz police received a report about an accident involving a motorcyclist. The incident occurred on the university route in Bydgoszcz. Road police officers were immediately sent to the place who confirmed tragic information.

Causes of an accident under the magnifying glass
Preliminary findings indicate that the 34-year-old Honda motorcycle driver did not adapt the speed to the prevailing road conditions, which led to the loss of control over the vehicle and hitting the barriers. Policemen, under the supervision of the prosecutor, are now trying to determine the exact causes and circumstances of this accident.

Therefore, the police call for all motorcyclists to adapt speed to the road conditions. Excessive speed is one of the most common causes of accidents.
