It took them a little less than two years to set their sights on a large house with land, in Berry: 250,000 euros for 200 m2, divided by 13, to which are added around 1,000 euros in costs per year and per owner. « We can sleep there all together if we put ourselves four per bedroom, but we don’t always go there at 13! » The idea is to grow as you go, keeping the main house as a heart of life and arranging the other buildings, but it takes time, we are not big handymen ”, Smiles Jean.
