Bulgaria in the embrace of the Peevski – Borisov tandem

Today, the situation in Bulgaria is very different since then, there is an obvious resemblance. Nowadays, however, Peevski has a much greater political power than before, although it has been sanctioned for significant corruption by the United States under the global Magnitsky law and by an analogous act from the UK. Peevski’s political power goes hand in hand with his serious influence in the prosecutor’s office and court and in various fields of the economy.

The so -called The nine -month « assembly » of « We continue the change – Democratic Bulgaria » with GERB and MRF legitimize the power of Peevski’s power. As the head of the MRF GHG, he provided the support of the movement for the Euro -Atlantic line of Bulgaria towards Ukraine and for the alert from « Continuing Change – Democratic Bulgaria » (PP -DB) controversial changes to the Constitution.
