Bulgaria has asphalt with speed sensors but does not use it, Grozdan Karadjov announced

For seven years, Bulgaria has had asphalt with sensors that can detect exceeded speed and exceeded truck load, but it never uses it. This was announced by the Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov before you. However, he failed to answer why he had not been used so far.

According to him, since he took office, the minister has triggered the procedure for his use and expects within two and a half months to develop on the matter. Karadjov also said that the country had paid a lot of money for this type of asphalt, which was also used in Poland.

« It turned out to be very difficult to move this process. Three agencies were transferring the ball, but the procedure has already been driven. Every 6 months this type of asphalt will need to be calibrated, » the transport minister explained.

He explained the idea of ​​the governing bonds in one of the 37 measures, announced by Premium Rosen Zhelyazkov, to serve fines on the road and require them to be paid at the moment. This will be done after a car from a patrol car in the event of a violation.

« I know that many lawyers will be against this, but we want the act to be served on the offense. All police officers will carry bodysuits to reduce the risk of corruption. Acts will be electronic. 50% of the imposed penalties do not reach the violators. Dragon measures are needed, » Karadjov said.

He gave an example with Serbia and Croatia, where in the event of a violation of the highway, the driver is brought beyond it to a safe place, after which he is required and he has to pay it. To the clarifying question of what a person who has no money in himself can do, Karadjov said he would be able to pay with a card.

« If you don’t have a card, I will tell you how they proceed in Greece – they will develop your car numbers and when you pay, they will return them. Dragoni measures have led to the discipline in Western Europe, » the transport minister added.
