Bulgaria has asphalt with speed sensors but does not use it, Grozdan Karadjov announced
For seven years, Bulgaria has had asphalt with sensors that can detect exceeded speed and exceeded truck load, but it never uses it. This was announced by the Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov before you. However, he failed to answer why he had not been used so far.
According to him, since he took office, the minister has triggered the procedure for his use and expects within two and a half months to develop on the matter. Karadjov also said that the country had paid a lot of money for this type of asphalt, which was also used in Poland.
« It turned out to be very difficult to move this process. Three agencies were transferring the ball, but the procedure has already been driven. Every 6 months this type of asphalt will need to be calibrated, » the transport minister explained.
He explained the idea of the governing bonds in one of the 37 measures, announced by Premium Rosen Zhelyazkov, to serve fines on the road and require them to be paid at the moment. This will be done after a car from a patrol car in the event of a violation.
