Brutal beating in Bydgoszcz. The 44-year-old pushed the man out of the escarpment
The event took place at one of the stores in Osowa Góra. The policemen were called to the place where they found a man lying on the pavement, who was resuscitated by the witness of the incident. The officers determined that there was a quarrel between two men, which turned into physical violence. One of the men jerked and kicked the other, then pushed him out of the escarpment, then escaped from the scene.

Policemen immediately took action to identify and stop the perpetrator of the beating. Already the second day, the 44-year-old was detained by uniformed. The collected evidence allowed the charges of Bydgoszcz to be presented to a serious damage to health. By court decision, on Friday, March 28, 2025, the aggressor temporarily went to custody for three months, where he would wait for the trial.
Possible legal consequences
The perpetrator of the beating may be sentenced to up to 20 years imprisonment. The allegation of causing severe damage to health is a serious crime that has severe legal consequences. The court will decide on the fate of the 44-year-old during the upcoming trial.
