British intelligence: DPRK troops suffered more

According to analysts, Shoigu is probably a key negotiator by Russia for military support that Pyongyang provides the Kremlin in the war against Ukraine.

According to British intelligence, as of the middle of June, the DPRK operations are limited only by the Kursk direction. Any expansion of hostilities beyond Russia, in particular to the internationally recognized Ukrainian territory, will almost certainly need approval on both sides – both from Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong -in.
