Brian Keller has to go back to prison

In November 2023, Keller was released after eight years. Then he presented himself as a man with two faces. He showed himself in the media, but he staged himself as a gangster on social media.

« I think it’s a shame that Brian Keller did not appear before the boundaries of the court today, » says the prosecutor. He could understand the defense application. She wanted to protect him from herself. There is always a risk that he is a shame with statements. But he misses the chance to show himself in a new light.

What does the private plaintiff say?

The “Skorp808” lawyer perceives the indictment as too mild. The rapper she represents sits behind her. The police led him from prison in handcuffs. A tattooed scorpion is emblazoned on his neck and a scar under his right eye – from Keller’s blow.

A metal plate that was implanted after the beating attack is not visible. The lawyer demands that the crime not only attempted, but also to be seen as a completed serious bodily harm.

What does the defender say?

In principle, defense lawyer Thomas Häusermann does not deny the allegations. However, he demands a different assessment: Keller should be freed from the accusation of the request to crime and only judged because of simple bodily harm.

For one other reason, Keller is not in the hall than claimed: in order not to evaluate this feud.

In a tictok video, Keller asked his followers to bring him his opponent’s head. That is only a show, emphasizes the defender. Keller’s influence should not be overestimated. « With all respect: my client is not a mafia pate that demands heads and then receives delivered. »

Häusermann also talks Keller’s blows small. He can control them in particular as a boxer. Therefore, they would not have led to permanent damage.

The defense lawyer emphasizes Keller’s history: « After eight years in prison, he only knew life there. » He was released completely unprepared. In custody, his family always kept him. When “Skorp808” threatened this, Keller was emotionally overwhelmed.

Today Keller acts reflectively. A new imprisonment would be counterproductive. « His currently promising setting would be destroyed, » he says.

What does the German Boxing Association say?

Brian Keller has only one goal in his life: he wants to be boxing champion. But he does not receive a profile license from the Swiss Boxing Association because he has not yet completed amateur fights and because he cannot distinguish the sport from a fight.

In the meantime, Keller also has at the Federation of German professional boxers a profile license requested and received. Keller registered through a German company because an address in Germany is necessary. In addition, he only had to submit medical documents – no criminal register extract.

The German Boxing Association exhibited the profile license in early 2025 for one year without knowing who is Brian Keller. Due to the current reporting, this is now also known at the headquarters of the boxing association north of Hamburg.

At the request of CH Media, President Thomas Pütz says: « According to the current status, the BUND of German professional boxers will neither give a start permit for Mr. Keller nor extend the temporary license. » Without a start permission, he cannot complete a professional fight in Germany.
