25-year-old Nataly Pereira spoke to the teenager. The woman explained that she was also pregnant and will gladly share with Emilly clothes for infants and accessories for the cot. The 16-year-old was to pick up things from the home of brother-in-law Nataly. The woman reserved that Emilly would come without her partner.

A teenager, without suspecting anything bad, went to the appointment. Nataly was waiting for her there, who was not pregnant at all. As it turned out, a sick plan was born in her head. She only wanted one – the unborn child Emilly.
Immediately after the teenager entered the house, she was attacked. Investigators later determined that she died as a result of hanging. Then, the murderer, with a sharp tool, cut the belly of a pregnant girl and took the child out of her womb. The experts found that the 16-year-old was still alive.
The macabre crime came to light when Pereira with the newborn and her partner came to the hospital on Thursday. The woman convinced the staff that she gave birth to a child at home. Medics, seeing, however, that the woman was not bleeding, they got suspicious. Additional research revealed Nataly's lie. The police were notified of the case.
Shocking backstage of the crime
On the same day, Emilly's corpse was found. The teenager was buried in a shallow grave in the yard in front of the house. She had a wrapped wire around her neck.
The 28-year-old husband of the assassin Christian de Arruda assured investigators that he did not know about the crime. He testified that he was convinced that his wife was pregnant. He even published a photo in social media with a newborn baby.
Nataly Pereira, who was already the mother of three children, told investigators that she had had a twice recently. Hence her obsession to have another child at all costs.
Investigators initially arrested the husband of Pereira, his brother and other man. All three, however, were released from custody on Friday morning after Pereira confessed alone.
