Barbara Zangerl. The first six years in which I climbed, I almost only bumped it. That was my center. That was good for me because it is so straightforward. You do it with friends. Bouldering is an extremely social sport, you try a boulder together and try to solve the problems.

Do you train strength or endurance? Or is you particularly challenged mentally?

You mainly train strength. It is minimized on extremely difficult features. You don’t make more than three to 15 or 20 trains. That is usually at jump height. And you train the maximum strength very strongly.
