BRATISLAVA. Internet aggressor and extremist Daniel Bombic will continue to be prosecuted at freedom, on Saturday afternoon decided the Specialized Criminal Court in Banská Bystrica.
« The judge for the pre -trial proceedings of the Specialized Criminal Court did not comply with the prosecutor’s petition and released the accused DB from detaining the freedom, as it was not clearly proven that the accused after being released from detention in February 2025 violated the ban on disclosure with hateful content, » said the spokeswoman Katarína Kudjáková.
The decision is not final. The prosecutor filed a complaint against him, which will be decided by the Supreme Court on April 29.
