Bombic will be prosecuted custody, the Supreme Court ruled

BRATISLAVA. Extremist and Internet aggressor Daniel Bombic will be prosecuted custody. The Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday’s hearing.

The Supreme Court thus annulled the decision of the Specialized Criminal Court of 19 April. In custody, Bombica will be prosecuted for concerns about continuing crime.

The Senate of the Supreme Court of the President Dana Wänke wondered whether the accused Bombic complied with the conditions imposed on him in February. One of them was the ban on the spread of hate speech.

The decision reflects the conclusion that Bombic did not meet this condition.

« The Supreme Court already stated in February that there were reasons for custody, but at the same time determined the conditions for replacing custody, » Wänke said in justifying the decision.

She recalled that Bombic also made a written promise to commit himself to spread hateful posts.

However, this time, the Supreme Court consistently analyzed each of the contributions to which the prosecutor pointed out and evaluated them as a violation of the promise.
