Blossoms cause file on large ring, hundreds of visitors in line to Japanese garden: « Interest is huge » (interior)
Looking for blossom splendor on Saturday hundreds of drivers sought a parking space in vain at the Japanese garden in Hasselt. Cars were moving on from the large ring. There was also a long traffic jam at the entrance.
The nice weather and the prediction of cherry blossoms caused a lot of crowds on the Grote Ring in Hasselt on Saturday, near the Japanese garden. There was a procession of cranting and departing cars and even a serious traffic jam on the service road to a steward the business in the right direction.

There was also a traffic jam of hundreds of blossom lovers at the entrance to the Japanese garden. « The interest is indeed very great, » says ships Rik Dehollogne (N-VA). « Both Saturday and Sunday we expect between 2,000 and 2,500 visitors each time.
