Within the scope of 23 April National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, Çatalköy Primary School and Esentepe Primary School students visited Çatalköy-Esentepe Mayor Ceyhun Kırk in his office.

During the visit, which was the scene of colorful and cheerful moments, the students sat down in the chair chair and shared their dreams and expressed their demands and suggestions in the regions where they live. The tiny presidents expressed their sensitivity especially in issues such as improving parks, protection of street animals and keeping the environment cleaner.

Mayor Ceyhun Kırok expressed their satisfaction with the sensitivity of children and emphasized that they care about their ideas and that such visits were very valuable in terms of both raising awareness and instilling the awareness of participatory democracy to children. At the end of the visit, the students were presented special gifts for April 23 and souvenir photos were taken in memory of the day.
