Hardly the spring sun started to warm before the celebrity hairdresser Dennis Knudsen put his charming cottage in Højby for sale.

Now the keys have been handed over and the deal has gone through – though with a noticeable refusal.

It was back in March that Dennis Knudsen announced that he would get rid of his North Zealand holiday home. At that time, the property was offered to DKK 3,495,000. According to Extra Bladetwhich has reviewed the information in the registration, the house has just been sold – at a slightly lower price than first hoped.

The buyer has received a reduction of DKK 195,000 and ended up paying 3.3 million for the 70 square meter wooden house. But despite the rejection, it is still quite a sensible trade for Knudsen, who in his time bought the house back in 2017 for 1.55 million.

With the sale, Dennis Knudsen says goodbye to one of his many homes. He has already bought new – this time in Vedbæk, where he now lives with his children. According to himself, it’s about getting closer to his mother and brother, Dion. Before, the family lived in Korsør.

And as if it wasn’t enough with two Danish addresses, Dennis Knudsen also has a home in Thailand – as well as access to a caravan. According to himself, it was precisely the lack of practical need that made him get rid of the holiday home in Højby.

In other words, there is nothing to suggest that he will be missing a place to relax – even after the cottage keys have been handed over.
