The artist Koyo Kouoh, who comes from Cameroon and grew up in Switzerland, died at the age of 57. Kouoh was planned to curate the Venice Kunstbiennale 2026. Koyo Kouoh, born in 1967, was born in Douala, Cameroon, and grew up in Switzerland. Previously, Kouoh led the RAW Material Company, a center for art, knowledge and society in Dakar in Senegal, which she also founded.
