Bexheti accuses him of abusing the law on equitable representation, Mickoski promised to be adopted and presented himself
Accusations against the Government and the Ministry of Administration for frivolity and delay in the adoption of the Law on Fair Representation was made by MP Blerim Bexheti of the European Front Parliamentary Group on the parliamentary issues at today’s session of the Assembly. He concluded that even after six months of promises of the law that derives from the Amandam 5 in the Constitution, it has not yet been adopted.
-The deputies from this government, say they have working groups, but have never said who works in those groups. There is one access to the public with the public for adopting the law, as it was in the pre -election program of this Government, and to start the balancer. We have no information as both MPs, both as the Parliament, but also as the public to the situation with this law, whether a working group has been formed, when it will be adopted and so on. The spirit of the Ohrid Agreement should be respected and to say, because the government has a government program, in which month it will be, as Izet Mexhiti and Arben Fetai have been tired of saying it will be these two weeks, not this Thursday, the other Thursday, this has already become humor – said Bexheti.
In the absence of the Minister of Administration, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, who noted that the balancer was abolished by the proposal by the previous government, which was also attended by DUI ministers, and informed that the legal provisions were being prepared and adopted.
– The law was ready last year, six months ago, but unlike the time when you were justice minister, the laws should be in accordance with the Constitution. In order not to fall back to the Constitutional Court and again you go out here and abuse the feelings of Albanians, to send political messages. I can tell you that there will be a law on equitable representation, I will personally take it out here and defend it, be constitutional and guarantee true equitable representation of all ethnic communities. We will not make the mistakes of the past when laws are passed without seeing the constitutionality, which leave you room for political theses today, rather than exit and apologize to Albanians why political sexual solutions are made – said Mickoski.
In the second question of MP Bexheti to Prime Minister Mickoski, he was interested in how the procedure for the return of the country’s pre -constitutional name and how the government would deal with the high customs tariffs from the United States.
-I think that hardly anyone uses the term North and all use the name Macedonia and thus another election promise and fulfilled. Even from SDSM, in speeches, in society, everyone is talking about Macedonia. Yes, the North will remain as a memorial to a bad time when you sold my Macedonian identity, and my Macedonian language has been negotiating. It is a thesis from your former coalition partner that we will restore the name, here we have returned and here we are talking about Macedonia. You have been around the tariffs, now 10 percent, and not 33 and in cooperation with the United States, Macedonia will be among the few countries in the world that will have the lowest customs tariff and there will be no lower – added Mickoski.
About an agreement with Bulgaria, the Prime Minister stressed that there was no change in the government’s stance, and reiterated that it was unprincipled on the other side of the border to challenge the right of the Macedonian minority to register a NGO, and demand the Bulgarian community on this side of the border be a constitutional people in the Constitution.
