Bernardin hosted the team on the third day of Osijek week 'Dinner for 5'. The host did his best and prepared a completely different dinner from two preceding. As yesterday, the team was pleased with the host and gave ten points each, except Mark, who again the only one rating eight because of two appetizers and an overwhelming main course.

The host began dinner with the preparation of the 'godfather' dessert ', an Italian Cannol for which he reached the dough himself, which he had fried in oil and then filled Cannole with Ricotte cream with candied fruit. The preparation of an appetizer called 'Spanish Dream' followed – Bernardin prepared guests with roasted pumpkin, but also Tapase, a snack in the service of the area typical for Spain. Tapas were garlic boins, fried potatoes in spices and baked zucchini wrapped in Spanish ham. In the end, it is also left to prepare the complex main course 'Paris Rossini with three potatoes', a steam -based steak with a herbs with a piece of goose liver served with baked potato puree and fried blue potatoes.

Bernardin welcomed guests warmly with the Aperitifs.

« I didn't notice at all that he was under the porch, » Zeljko said.

The soup arrived in front of the guests and delighted with the appearance, so Zeljko stated that she looked fairy tale. The taste also liked the guests: « I have to admit that I am not a fan and I am surprised – the phenomenal soup, » commented Robert, and the rest of the appetizers, Tapasi, they liked the guests equally: « There would be no superior chefs, really phenomenal. , you can see that the man did his best, « Zeljko was pleased.

« I'm not a fan of shrimp I tried purely out of decency, » Marko admitted.

The main course is no weaker with the team.

« The restaurant looked, » Tena was impressed.

Zeljko especially liked the goose liver, which he had not had the opportunity to taste before. Still, Tena admitted: « I would bake the flesh of BiH, it was a little dry, but it wasn't tasteless. »

The dessert also liked the guests, although they jokingly compared the Cannol's appearance to Sarajevo kabobs.

After dinner, the host also distributed gifts to the guests – a bottle of Ilok Traminac, a natural cosmetics made by Bernardin's friend and angry sauces, and at the end of the evening there was a dance surprise – Bernardin danced with a colleague, and the other dancer danced with her guests.

« The evening was fantastic, » Robert concluded pleased.

It remains to evaluate dinner. Robert and Zeljko did not have dilemmas, Bernardin deserved a clean ten! Ten points also gave him Tena, although she admitted that she was still the best of Zeljko's dinner, and Marko rated her eight dinner tonight because of two appetizers and an overwhelming main course.
